About the service
Konteks is web-based software to attract customers, run operations, and grow a business.
The service is operated by PT. Monago Teknologi Nusantara. Available features depend on your business type and plan.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account details and keep your password confidential.
The account owner is responsible for the activity of team members given access.
Contact privacy@konteks.biz right away if you suspect your account has been misused.
Prohibited use
You may not use Konteks to:
- Break Indonesian law or infringe the rights of others.
- Send spam or bulk messages without the recipients’ consent.
- Upload content that is deceptive, hateful, or infringes copyright.
- Attempt to break into, disrupt, or overload Konteks systems.
- Access another business’s data without permission.
Your data and content
The data and content you enter remain yours.
You allow us to process that data only to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for collecting customer data lawfully, including obtaining any required consent.
AI features
Some features use AI to write text, answer messages, or make suggestions.
AI output can be wrong. Review it before you publish it or send it to customers.
Certain AI features use credits according to your plan.
Third-party services
Konteks can connect to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Meta, and payment providers.
Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.
We are not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party services.
Plans and payment
Prices, plan contents, and terms follow the offer or invoice you accepted.
Refunds follow the terms of that offer.
The service may be limited if an invoice remains unpaid after its due date.
Service availability
We work to keep Konteks available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We announce scheduled maintenance in advance when possible.
We may change or discontinue specific features with reasonable notice.
Termination
You can stop using Konteks at any time and request deletion of your data as described on the Data Deletion page.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
Konteks is provided as is.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits arising from use of the service.
You are responsible for third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We announce important changes before they take effect.
By continuing to use Konteks after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Disputes are first resolved through good-faith discussion.
If no agreement is reached, disputes are settled in a competent court in Indonesia.
